-Collaborate with various teams to execute voice and data call campaigns to continuously improve and maintain standards and testing methods.
-Maintain and further enhance mobility and stationery field testing procedures and the collection of UE device logs.
-Focused testing on network stability when transitioning between the macros, small cells, inbuilding and Wifi networks.
-Support and provide reporting on UL Interference impacting the network.
-2+ years of experience in a similar role
-Experience with collecting and processing TEMS/QXDM logs.
-Experience with UE (user device) testing and validations
-Report on call testing campaigns
-Deliver on testing requirements and report on the root cause analysis of any failures.
-Be able to complete any troubleshooting and corrective tasks as required on the cellular network (i.e. LTE, 5G networks)
-Valid Ontario Drivers’ License with the ability to drive throughout Ontario (a company car will be provided, and driver training will be provided)
-Needs to be available for shift work (i.e. May need to work 12am-6am occassionally if required)
-Additional requirements as required by Manager/Supervisor

-Field work will be in Ontario (GTA, and throughout Ontario)
-Day to day: Service validations on cellular network and UL interference testing. When dealing with UL interference, there may be customer interaction
-The primary accountability will be to support of UE certification and network testing with various engineering teams.
