We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial individual who thinks strategically, is focused on clear and simple communications, and enjoys collaborating with others to drive optimal results. As a marketing manager ( Value Creation), you will collaborate with Go-To-Market teams across the organization to deliver the best offers for our customers through 1:1 (email, SMS, direct mail) campaigns, and create innovative programs to build loyalty for our products and services.
About the role:
is currently looking for an experienced professional to fill a Marketing Manager position for a 1 year contract position, supporting the Consumer Health channel team and value creation portfolio.
Responsible and accountable for the end to end development of a 1:1 (email, SMS, DM) marketing strategy campaign to the Consumer Health user base
Leverage command of market knowledge to build, secure alignment, and execute an integrated marketing strategy
Build strong relationships across health and product and Go To Market teams
Develop and test new initiatives to increase loyalty for our products and services
Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to communicate offers in a consistent voice and brand, driving performance against benchmarks
Ensure CASL and privacy compliance of all communications
Challenge the status quo by experimenting with new approaches, tools and techniques to better engage our customers and develop ways to improve our business bottom-line
Know your numbers, aligning tactics and plans to meet program goals, rallying the team on your progress
Analyze results and customer insights into actionable requirements
Solve complex and ambiguous problems to its component parts, and then propose actionable solutions

You have a passion for the health and well-being of Canadians and knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Background in marketing communications or agency (1:1 email marketing experience an asset)
Track record of collaborations leveraging internal and external stakeholder relationships
Strong communications skills
Ability to develop strong relationships, meet tight deadlines and tolerate ambiguity
Ability to make strategic recommendations on targeted initiatives and rally a team behind a common goal
Desire to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done
Required Professional Designation/Certification & Experience:
5+ years progressive experience in Marketing or agency
Exposure to a variety of marketing roles would be beneficial
A degree or equivalent marketing and business experience is required
Background and expertise with email or go-to market strategy and planning an asset within your education and experience
