The Talent Acquisition Programs & Technology team is looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a Senior Learning Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for the overall ownership of the design, development and delivery of learning strategies to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting at CLIENT.

You’ll equip the Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders with the knowledge and ability to expertly leverage the new tools to provide an exceptional experience for new hires and CLIENT team members.

Here’s how
· Collaborate with the core project team, including the change management and communications primes, and key stakeholders to understand objectives/strategies and desired results from learning opportunities
· Design, develop and implement effective and creative learning solutions, using multiple tools and methodologies to meet learning objectives
· Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions and provide regular training updates
· Leverage adult learning principles to deliver content in a manner that is engaging and effective
· Maintain and evolve learning materials, ensuring documentation is current and relevant
· Manage end-to-end ownership of learning curricula
· Gather feedback on curriculum and integrate into learning offering
· Provide ongoing coaching and training support to reinforce learning activities


You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
· Knowledge of adult education training principles and methodologies
· Knowledge of change management (e.g. ADKAR)
· Exceptional facilitation skills
· Proven ability to adapt to stakeholder expectations and changing priorities
· A desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
· Effective interpersonal skills and experience with building relationships in cross-functional teams
· Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills; can see the "big picture" in a complex environment and recommend solutions
· Strong team player, works collaboratively with others to achieve goals
· Ability to take ownership and proactively addresses challenges and issues
· Excellent time-management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated and proactive with problem solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

Required Professional Designation/Certification
· Post-secondary degree/certificate (Adult Learning and/or HR related field of expertise) or equivalent years of work experience in progressive positions

Required Experience
· 3-5 years of equivalent experience
· Experience with virtual training methods, tools and techniques

· Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting is an asset
· Fluent bilingualism in reading, writing and speaking both English and French is an asset
· Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies is an asset
