In this role, the Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting Advertising & Promotion budget operations, as well as 1:1 communication executions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities
1. Support the  brand team by managing the Advertising & Promotions budget operations, which includes: ensuring we’re tracking to budget, assisting with monthly and quarterly forecasts, monthly accrual management, and reconciliation.
2. Work with multiple agency partners on Billing Control Reports to understand and track their billing progress
3. Act as the finance team’s point of contact for billing and forecast updates; assist the team with billing and SOW issues as needed
4. Consolidate and summarize financial data to be used in executive level decks
5. Lead 1:1 marketing communications for prospecting and cross-sell emails
6. Act as a consultant for the  Base Management team, advising on best brand practices in 1:1 email and SMS communications, providing creative feedback and guidance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)Strong organizational skills
1. Detail-oriented
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Working knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
4. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups and cross-functional partners to achieve the best business outcomes
5. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to drive self-directed initiatives; proactively identify when necessary to take certain steps
7. Solutions-oriented
8. Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or equivalent
9. 4-5 years of varied business and marketing experience
