What your day-to-day will look like:
Owning the entire funnel of AAARRR, beginning to end. Own the overarching growth strategy, with emphasis on creative, quarterly strategies.
Leading experimentation and launching various short term and long term initiatives. Develop, track and measure the impact of these growth initiatives.
Championing of the customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You’re thinking long term and the product/customer expectations matters to you just as much as it does to the product team.
Owning and manage the budget and P&L for marketing end-to-end. Monthly planning, quarterly roadmaps, and zooming into adjusting mid-month as certain initiatives are red or going off course.
You understand marketing analytics (whether it be SQL, Google Analytics or Excel), be able to build, monitor and get your own dashboards set up so that you can track the metrics that matter the most.
Getting your hands dirty to ensure initiatives are executed effectively.
Leading the evaluation, onboarding, and production process of agencies, including creative, media, insights, and analytics vendors.
Working collaboratively across the Marketing organization and vendors including PR, content, social, and paid acquisition.

10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment, ideally in FinTech and/or SaaS product targeting SMB / commercial level customers
Bonus: experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and related technologies
