Our client is in need of an Executive Assistant 3 for an initial 12-month contract in Edmonton, AB.

Directly supports a senior executive in professional and personal arrangements
Aids executive by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and control, housekeeping, records control, and special management studies
Performs a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties including typing memos, letters, reports, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, faxing, & filing, working with a Dictaphone, answering phones, special projects
Top 3 must have skills:
1. Strong technical skills in Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint))
2. Experience booking international and domestic travel
3. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Top 3 nice to have skills:
1. Business writing and presentation development
2. Experience interacting with executives
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail while under tight timelines
