Siebel Developer - TI140621-II

Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior Seibel UCM Developer to join a dynamic project team to develop and support our health claim products for extended health providers.

·         The Oracle Seibel Universal Customer Master Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining master data solutions using Oracle's MDM, UCM tools
·         Development activities will include the design and configuration of Siebel UCM solutions
·         Experience with Siebel UCM 8.x is highly desirable - responsibilities include feasibility reviews of the development efforts for new requirements, develop solutions following Siebel best practices, and perform thorough unit testing
·         Analyze business requirements, evaluate design approaches and provide estimates of work effort
·         Responsible for identifying and mapping integration points to other systems
·         Create technical design documentation (e.g. files, database tables, program modules, screens, reports, etc.) to deliver required results
·         Estimate and document required work effort to develop, test, and implement new technical processes
·         Develop, unit test, and deploy application changes as outlined in the analysis and design
·         Test and debug program units in conjunction with other units and/or systems and integrate with other program modules and systems
·         Collaborate with team members, end-users, and/or other cross-functional stakeholders as required
·         Provide 3rd level application support as necessary

Required Knowledge:
·         3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in Siebel/Siebel UCM (UCM 8.2 preferred, certification preferred but not required)
·         Advanced level proficiency in Siebel Configuration (Business Components, Integration Objects, Views, Applets, etc.) and eScript (Business Services)
·         Expert level of understanding of Siebel Universal Customer Master including integration objects, workflows, business services, server parameters, and processes
·         Expertise in the underlying Siebel (PARTY) data model
·         Expertise in Siebel EAI (http/s webservices, XML, etc.), EIM, and Workflow
·         Experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality and/or Enterprise Data Quality (Profiling, Matching, Parsing, etc.)
·         Experience with PL/SQL and performance tuning
·         Experience with creating and maintaining Survivorship Rules
·         Strong experience with Data Quality Management and Metadata Management tools
·         Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications including design documents and unit test plans
·         Utilize development skills to build and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results
·         Assist with application support documentation (release notes, build instructions) as required by the application support teams for acceptance of changes into production
·         Assist with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues discovered during QAT/UAT (testing phases)

Required Skills & Abilities:
·         Strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to the requirements
·         Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
·         Ability to adapt and thrive in a high pace and rapidly changing environment
·         General understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL tools a plus
·         Experience with Ant, Jenkins, GIT source control systems
Required Professional Designation/Certification:
·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline or equivalent experience

Required Experience:
A number of years in transactional services work experience
