Description of Work:
Help with catalogue items (enhancements and break/fix), ad hoc requests, potential CMDB/SAM Pro involvement, assisting ServiceNow development team as needed

Additional Skills "Nice to Have":
Team player, yet comfortable taking the lead; eager to help. Skill-wise: CMDB & SAM Pro development experience would be nice to have. General ServiceNow development experience is a must have one.
