Delivery Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
Liaise with assigned Planners and Technicians, and D&B vendors to deliver on committed strategic initiative objectives and budget.
Interface with 3rd party vendors / Contractors as required related to forecasts and schedules
Manage and maintain project milestones, logs with task owners
Coordinate and track projects activity in RPATS, and other work process tool.
Manage and report on project schedules, identifying risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely fashion
Track project performance against schedule and SLA, provide monthly exception reports
Track project financials, forecasting and spending with financial teams monthly
Manage escalations and expedite problem resolutions
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Available to work flexible hours if required
Performs other duties and assist with special projects as assigned

College Diploma or 5 years related experience in wireline and/or project management
Experience with financial forecasting
Critical thinker with ability to create processes
Experience with statistical analysis of data
Detail oriented with an aptitude for innovation and exploration
Commitment to quality performance and teamwork
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong documentation skills essential
Sound knowledge of Rogers Wireline Access Network would be an asset
Good working knowledge on all Microsoft applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills


 Monthly Project Lock Submission (through RPATS)
 - Submit and Maintain Monthly Financial Forecasts
 - Deliver Monthly Lock and Report Root Cause Analysis of any Misses
 - Achieve/Deliver Plan of Record Target 
 - Track and Manage Budget; Purchase Orders, PIFs etc. 
 - Report Program/Project Updates on a Weekly Basis 
 - Coordinate with D&B Vendors and Rogers Teams
 - Manage, dispatch, collaborate with D&B Vendors
 - Ensure RPATS is aligned on a regular basis (working with internal and external stakeholders)
 - Additional Delivery Manager requirements as required by Manager/Supervisor

LOCATION: Will be remote until further notice, but would prefer candidates from Ontario
