Description:
Coordinates the management of a collection of programs that align to a high-level, enterprise-wide strategic objectiveWorks with constituent Program and Project Managers (who are responsible to the Sr Program Manager for the execution of their projects and its impact on the program) to:Interact with senior executives to establish strategic plans and objectivesExecute program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standardsMonitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operationsCoordinate the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the programEnsure control of projects dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and changeCommunicate program details effectively

Must to skills:
• 10+ years of experience as a facilitator working as a Scrum Master or other equivalent team facilitator / coach role with Kanban or ScrumBan
• Certification for the roles of SM/ATF/PO are essential (CSPO, CSM, ICA-ATF, ICA-ACC)
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile and Lean philosophies
• In-depth knowledge of Kanban, Scrum, Lean, Lean Startup Frameworks, Management 3.0 concepts and tools or similar
• Practical experience in leading people through change at all levels of the organization (formal Kotter’s Change Management Framework or similar)
• Outstanding facilitation skills and experience
• Excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills, ability to work with diverse personality types in both in-person and remote settings
• Ability to guide teams to reach their highest potential
• Awareness of CI/CD DevOps best practices and the tools used to implement them


Nice to have skills:
• DevOps technology expertise
• Experience as a people-leader with direct reports
• Software development experience
• Technical experience in the domain of Telephony
• Inspiring verbal presentation and communication skills to leaders at all levels within the organization
