We are looking for a Jr Talent Partner to join our digital client in their People Experience Team. The team focuses on enabling the team members by providing support with recruitment, onboarding, tools and processes as well as learning and development, and anything that can make their lives easier!
In this position, you will be required to deliver an incredible candidate experience by maintaining talent pipeline, conducting phone screens, engaging in regular communication with Hiring Teams, and the overall onboarding experience for our new hires.
Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, you would be accountable for delivering effective recruitment strategies to source and balance a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolios. In this role, you will need to partner with internal & external partners such as Hiring Managers, and Agencies to build pipelines based on current & anticipated talent needs, as well as preparing our new hires for their first day.
Must to have skills:
1. Experience or knowledge with Recruiting/Hiring/Onboarding
2 Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
3.Experience working with and gathering requirements for multiple stakeholders
Nice to have skills:
1. Experience in an Agile/Digital environment
2. Experience working hiring events
3. Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management
