Job Description:       
Role: OPE Specialist (Outside Plant Engineering)

Key Responsibilities/Job Functions:
(1)     Financial
-Bulk oracle governance-monitor and ensure compliance of bulk oracle process
-roll out process to monitor and mange bulk oracles across all regional OPE planners
-Review status of bulk oracles on a weekly basis
-Manage OPE 3rd party financial recoveries (Governance, create invoice, etc)
-Document process and accountabilities for recovery projects (i.e p3000, forced, greenfield)
-Monitoring the OTL oracle number for incorrect charges.
-Weekly/Bi-weekly meetings with DM's for closed projects to ensure financial integrity
-Review spend on projects to see which have no commitments and confirm if funding still needed.

(2)     Special Projects (Cross Regional-OPE)
-Any initiative that requires cross regional alignment
-Point of contact across all regions
-Ensure processes are followed across all regions
-Gather data to produce status reports
-Drive RPAT's integrity

(3)     RPAT's Integrity
-(1)90% Compliance of RPAT's requirements for project delivery and reporting. (2) Drive RPAT's integrity (ensure RPAT's information is as per reporting requirements and project status.
-Communication
-Collaborate with all cross-functional teams, DM’s and OPE Managers with regards to daily, weekly and monthly meeting being held by DM’s.
-Attend only the necessary meetings held by DM’s as required to ensure the successful delivery of the project(s).
-OPE Point of escalations for DM’s to clearly and quickly communicate the risks to project delivery.

(4)     OPE Vendor Scorecard
-Cross regional Compliance to scorecard input requirements
-Ensure scorecards as submitted by the regions as required

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
-5+ years experience in a similar role
-Process creation experience
-MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (i.e. Process Flow creation)
-Excellent Communication (verbal and written)

NICE TO HAVE:
-Rpats software exp., or other project management software
-Oracle Software experience
