Marketing /CRM Consultant - Intermediate

  • Drive customer communication strategy for client's systems upgrade
  • Own existing Prepaid Base revenue generating campaigns and refine to ensure we deliver price plan change volume and revenue lift targets
  • Protect revenue through price plan downgrade mitigation tactics
  • Increase adoption of new products and services to the prepaid base (eg Day Pass, Credit Card, iSMS top up)
  • Work with various cross-functional partners on concepts, offers, deployments of various prepaid activities (eg trigger based campaigns, new targeting capabilities))
  • Partners will include Pricing, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Channels, and others
  • Working with Director on prepaid quarterly campaigns and calendars on prepaid quarterly campaigns and calendars
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analyst or Manager roles with a preference given to Prepaid & Customer Base Management experience
  • University degree or equivalent in business, management or marketing
  • Comfortable pulling data (preference given to those with SAS/SQL exposure), synthesizing the results and crafting a story/recommendation with the findings
  • Experience with annual and quarterly planning as well as day-day, week-week contingency/gap close tactics
  • Team player, persuasive with the ability to collaborate and build strong cross functional relationships
  • Proven experience in successfully managing relationships and possesses the ability to influence in the absence of authority
  • Analytical thinker to develop insights and programs from raw data and eager to tell the story to all levels of the organization
  • Telecommunications experience an asset
  • Fun, personable and “ego-less”
  • Strong mix of “art” (strategy, ideas, evolutions) and “science” (data insights, business cases, metric achievement)
  • Creative thinker who doesn’t accept status-quo
  • A driven candidate who wants to grow and contribute to client beyond this initial role
