Q/A Tester 2 -15789

In this role, you will drive all aspects of testing, with an emphasis on using your automation and QA expertise to help our delivery teams design, develop, and maintain sustainable automated test suites, as well as incorporate Exploratory testing into our delivery process.

Here’s how
You will work closely with developers and product owners to grasp the full scope of features and pair with developers to advise and build automation scripts (unit, integration, end-to-end, UI) ensuring code coverage and quality
You will build, execute, improve and maintain automation test scripts through standard methodologies, closely monitor test results for swift feedback, and participate in peer code reviews
You will advocate and endorse good testing practices, like pair programming, code reviews, Test Driven Development (TDD), Exploratory Testing, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD)
You will engage in all phases of the agile development cycle, clearly and actively voice out concerns and strive to tackle technical debt with your team
You will identify, evaluate, report and detail defects, questionable functions and inconsistencies in product content and outlook during the design and implementation phase
You will review code commits and ensure the right level of tests are included
You will conduct Manual testing when required and lead and conduct Exploratory Testing sessions with the team
Automation audit and cleaning, validate accuracy/efficiency, remove duplicates with other types of testing (Unit Test/Contract Test), remove overlapping with other E2E testing, respecting digital code standards, validate that tests are sold)
Build and maintain documentation in confluence and other document hubs
Prioritize testing tasks, ensure milestones, activities, tasks are completed as scheduled.
Providing help to other QA teams as required

Must to have skills: 
1. Manual and Automation Testing Experience (2-3+ Years)
2 Continuous Integration Testing Experience (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins)
3. Test Automation Experience (Selenium, Jenkins, NightWatchJS)

Nice to have skills:
1. Excellent Soft Skills is a Very Nice to Have
2. Knowledge of Agile Methodology is a Very Nice to Have
3. Experience working with Cross Functional Teams

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
You have experience setting up different types of automation with reporting solutions and you understand which tool(s) best fit certain needs
Working experience in in Software Testing Life Cycle - Agile or Waterfall methodologies and QA approaches
You have a strong ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced changing environment
You have solid programming background, experience with Javascript, NodeJS
Understanding of testing techniques and tools of APIs/WebServices/dB testing (xml, Json, SQL, Unix / DOS, HTTP, REST/SOAP API testing tools or programming/scripting experience( e.g. Java, Python, VBScript )
Experience in creation and maintaining of variety test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium TestNG, BDD, REST
You have an understanding of QA methodologies and strong ‘hands on’ experience developing test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements
You have the ability to identify, analyze, report and document defects, questionable functions and inconsistencies in product content and outlook.
You have good experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, Continuous Delivery Practices, Test Automation and related tool-sets (such as Selenium, Jenkins, NightwatchJS, etc)
Thorough understanding of continuous integration testing, including integration with DevOps (i.e. GitHub, Jenkins), Collaborative (i.e. Confluence, JIRA) and Test Management (ALM) tools - JIRA , Mercury Quality center
Establish and maintain comprehensive and well-structured test cases to organize component test scenarios, for documentation and knowledge sharing purposes.
You have experience with testing within an Agile development environment
You are experienced in both web and mobile testing
You are adept at communicating and collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members
You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs; demonstrate enthusiasm and sense of commitment
You are able to maintain a healthy relationship with project teams, offshore teams, release teams, third-parties, clients
