ServiceNOW Business Analyst (Functional) 3 - 15715

Our telecom client is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 months contract in Toronto, ON.

Role Requirements
  • Understand business and functional workflows/processes and able to implement best practices for the betterment of processes and strategies (considering scalability, performance, Business policies and anticipating customer’s future needs.
  • Should able to Participate in technical workshops with client and stakeholders to finalize the design solutions
  •  Working with business stakeholders/sponsors and technology experts to assess feasibility of programs and/or projects
  •  Work with Technology experts to perform assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align Company’s technology road-map with business strategies
  • Should able to defining business requirements, data mapping rules, data selection/exclusion rules.
  • Performing feasibility analysis. Identifying unique combination of solutions and technologies to meet ever-changing and complex customer needs
  • Working in partnership with business teams to:
  • Understand and map current state end-to-end customer journeys and business processes in the corporate repository
  •  Facilitate/drive the design of target state journeys/processes and map them in the corporate repository
  •  Working in partnership with business and technology delivery teams to capture, analyse, define and document deliverable business change requirements and non-functional requirements

Skills Required:
• Well versed in written and oral communication
• ServiceNow knowledge (ITSM/ ITBM/ ITOM/ GRC/ HRSM & CMDB Discovery)
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrate impact analysis, gap analysis and problem troubleshooting skills
• Well-versed with UML, Use-Cases, Data Modeling.
• Well-versed with Agile Methodology.
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas, solutions relevant to business and technology.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly and execute seamlessly.
• Ability to status report, monitor progress and quality effectively, remain detail oriented at the same time understand the big-picture.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to negotiate and manage expectations across the board.

Must to have skills:
.ServiceNow knowledge (ITSM/ ITBM/ ITOM/ GRC/ HRSM & CMDB Discovery)
