Area/District Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a results-orientated candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for setting goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring marketing efforts are consistent across each store, and ensuring each store operates within their budget, among other duties. The Area Manager will also oversee the hiring, training and firing of store managers and technicians, requiring decision making and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
· Recruiting, training and holding the team accountable
· Ensuring operational efficiency in each store
· Ensuring Marketing efforts are consistent across each store
· Setting store sales and revenue targets
· Ensuring all stores adhere to company and industry regulations
· Managing a budget and ensuring each store operates within that budget
· Monitoring each store’s P&L reports
· Addressing operational issues that arise
· Ensuring customer service levels are consistent across all stores
· Growing store sales with direct and indirect selling
· Making recommendations to senior management on operational and profitability improvements

Qualifications:
· 5+ years in retail management
· Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets
· Leadership and decision-making ability
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Additional Comments:
-Car Allowance: $400 a month
-We are developed franchise business for cell phone and laptop urgent repair service. The Franchise has a over 600 locations in North America.
-This role is for a Territory Franchisee who currently has 4 locations and has plans to expand to 8 locations
