Our teleco client is looking for an intermediate Product Manager for a 6 months contract in Toronto.

As a Product Manager you will have the opportunity to work alongside an energetic and driven team that collaborates with internal and external partners to conceptualize, develop and launch innovative new products and services. You will assist with the management of the day to day business while ensuring client satisfaction at every encounter.

Responsibilities include:
• Validate requests with Pre-Sales & internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer requirement information
• Support the onboarding of new international customers in provisioning and billing systems
• Intake customer orders and service requests and ensure timely processing for order completion and service delivery
• Prepare and process orders for end-to-end provisioning
• Monitor orders and follow up with others on due dates and escalate when required
• Support customer issues and queries and forward to relevant people as required
• Support the effective evolution and continuous improvement of our systems and processes
• Provide proactive insight to the product team to support requirements and roadmap development for products within the Emerging portfolio
• Track and report business key performance indicators and provide insight on actions to be taken • Lead user acceptance testing, test case preparation, support and coordinate with development, business and support teams
• Lead system automation initiatives to strengthen business reporting and client support processes
• Ongoing coordination and alignment of product pricing with other internal business units and product teams
• Support monthly billing and settlements with customers, resolve billing related issues
• Lead major process changes with accountable sub-process owners
• Lead the resolution of production and service delivery issues with top priority; lead escalation of systemic customer issues
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to coordinate customer offers, orders and requests, enable product/service delivery, define methods to better support Emerging products, and support the delivery of integrated customer solutions through effective stakeholder management 

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, commerce or equivalent
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with wireless systems and processes
• Previous Product Management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Strong organizational skills complimented by a solid commitment to client satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

Must to have skills:
