Our client in in need of a Technical Consultant who specializes in Cisco Contact Center standup and deployment. This opportunity will start as a contract with a very high likelihood of conversion to Full Time employment, if you are not looking for FTE this is not the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead Canada based Enterprise scale Cisco Contact Center deployments
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, end client, internal teams etc
- Make recommendations for customer solution
- Develop Architecture of customer solution
- Provide SME consulting for pre sales activities
- Provide Costing and Project scope
- Provide SME knowledge for contract creation
- Present Solutions to end customer
- Play the role of Technical Prime for contact center delivery
- Mange remote resources supporting deployment of CC solution
Must Have Skills
- 5+ Years experience providing Architectural Solutions for Cisco UCCE based contact centers
- 5+ years experience providing Consulting Services to Third Parties
- Expert level knowledge of CISCO products and services
- Expert level knowledge of CISCO Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise
- Experience deploying multiple enterprise level third party Contact Centers (1000+)
