Device Management Analyst - 15420

The selected candidate will work close with the IoT team and customers to enforce best Device Management practices during proof of concept, implementation, delivery and DAY2 support for Current and upcoming client modem deployments

Primary Responsibilities:
Cellular Device Configuration and troubleshooting experience
Testing and reporting results of Device management customer requirements
• Experience in firewall rules generation to meet customer device security requirements
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
Scripting (Bash/Shell/Python) highly desirable
Remote Cellular Device management experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Must to have skills: 
1. Technical know-how and troubleshooting including interfacing with customers
2. Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
3. Process/procedure design and documentation

Nice to have skills:
1. Willing to be flexible based on work demands for work hours and days of work
2. Able to contribute ideas and help shape and deliver where needed
