Description of Work:
A client of Emergitel requires a professional change manager to help us plan, communicate and implement upcoming departmental change. We are working to a new operational model, which is requiring us to re-organize staff, skills, processes and way we work.
Required Skills and Experience:
3-7years experience in Change management, organized, excellent communication skills(written & verbal).
Additional "nice to have" Experience:
Ability to convey complex processes and ideas in a simple to understand format.
