Alberta or BC - Remote, AB or ON
Experience required:
  • 2-3 years of ecommerce experience.
  • General knowledge of CRM integration.
  • General knowledge of Access management.
  • Well-versed with Payment Service Providers.
  • Good problem solving skills and root-cause analysis.
  • Familiar with principles of ITIL/SLA.
  • Experience documenting technical procedures.
  • Advanced analytical skills essential: MS office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
