Salesforce Community Administrator (7218)

Toronto (open for remote work from AB/BC), ON
The Salesforce Community Admin would be part of our Digital Product Operations group (located at our Toronto Head office). This community admin is expected to perform the following tasks:
  • Serve as one of the community administrator for our Salesforce environment
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Setup weekly activities for retailers as outlined by the business.
  • Investigate production problems and coordinate/follow up with our global team on resolution
  • Help testing of platform in QA prior to releasing
  • Deploy AODA compliant HTML versions of various content
  • Create documentation cookbook for our support group
  • Create email & SMS campaigns and journeys through Marketing Cloud
Skills required:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
  • 3+ years’ Experience in Salesforce Administration
  • 2+ years’ Experience in Marketing Cloud
  • In depth knowledge of HTML5 & CSS is a must
  • General knowledge of AODA
  • Prior experience with SFDC development tools, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning, and VisualForce is a plus
  • Prior experience with Service Cloud is a plus
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
