This is a 6-12 moonths contact opportunity with our telecom client in Toronto.
ServiceNow operational support and implementation activities for lServiceNOw application encompassing heterogeneous platforms. Responsibilities include loading software/update sets, providing support for the application and monitoring system and network performance. Troubleshooting and issue resolution of platform incidents.
Must to have skills:
1. Certified in System administrator for Service Now
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Now.
3. Good troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have skills:
1. Someone who is resourceful.
2. Bilingual- French and English
3. Someone who does not need lot of handholding and self-intuitive.
4. Familiar with domain separation
