Branch Administrator (Part Time Opportunity) - 15195

Our client in British Columbia is in need of 2 Branch Administrators for an initial 12 month contract

Location: Burnaby
Shift: 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, time of day is flexible any between 8-5

We are looking for a friendly, positive, helpful and organized individual to be our morning branch administrator. We are a very small team looking for the right fit.
Some general duties are:
• Data entry
• Receiving shipments
• Keeping the office organized
• Re-ordering stock
• Answering general customer inquiries
• Doing very light-duty troubleshooting with clients (how to program new codes in their system, assisting with replacing batteries, etc.)


Must to have skills:
1. Typing
2 Customer Service
3. Multi-tasking

Nice to have skills:
1. Previous answering service experience
2. Previous alarm monitoring experience
3. Alarm monitoring or guard up to date license
