-Work in collaboration and support the project team
-Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
-Identify and document business work flows and stakeholder needs
-Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans
-Support and contribute to the Project Management practices adopted by the team
-Business analysis activities, schedule, and effort required to produce deliverables
-Coordinate and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements that support the vision and needs of the business
-Support system implementation and production readiness by liaising with project team
-Assist in the development of the implementation plan

|Experience with supporting custom dot net application development
|Experience in coordinating, facilitating, conducting working sessions for requirements gathering.
|Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements both functional and non-functional.
|Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
|Experience defining and documenting technical requirements for internal and external applications.
|Experience creating test cases, requirements traceability documentation, defining test data requirements, and executing test cases.
|Experience working within a team environment where the candidate was called on to perform tasks in a mixture of collaborative and autonomous modes.
|Experience working within the Public Sector as a Business Analyst.
|Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBA
