Our client Customer Relationship & Solutions Management team is seeking a Senior Customer Systems Engineering (CSE) Specialist to join a dynamic Pre-sales Engineering team, supporting both mid-market and enterprise customers.
You have a passion for information & communication technologies (ICT) with demonstrated experience in technical solution consulting. You will interface with the Premier Sales Organization (PSO) to perform business needs assessment, product demonstrations, whiteboard discussion, opportunity qualification, and solution design and proposal development. Qualifications You’re the missing piece of the puzzle with:
Solid understanding of, and experience with, enterprise scale integrated Information Technology (IT) security solutions such as those involving: multi-site implementation, local area network (LAN)/wide area network (WAN)/security inter-operability, dynamic routing protocols, and failover and high availability systems
Understanding of network security infrastructure like firewall, virtual private network (VPN), network intrusion prevention system (IPS), web proxy, e-mail, data loss prevention (DLP), authentication, authorization
Understanding of wireless solution design and architecture knowledge & experience
Ability to uncover and understand business requirements through a consultative process
Ability to navigate ambiguity, clearly communicate risks, anticipate challenges, seek clarification and set clear expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
Excellent technical writing, design consultation and presentation skills
Ability to articulate both business and technical value of information security solutions
Ability to work with limited supervision in a competitive environment
Post-secondary degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Computer Science
