Job Title: Project Manager / Leader

Work Arrangement

Onsite
Standard working hours: 7.25 hours/day (between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding lunch)
Monday to Friday


Role Summary

The Project Manager / Leader is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to apply structured project management methodologies while managing risks, resources, and financial controls.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated project plans

  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

  • Promote and apply project management best practices and standard methodologies

  • Direct project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to required standards

  • Coordinate and monitor project processes, guidelines, and procedures

  • Resolve resourcing and interpersonal conflicts and negotiate changes as required

  • Ensure knowledge sharing across team members regarding objectives, milestones, and deliverables

  • Manage large project budgets with strong fiscal control, including forecasting, estimates, gating, and reconciliation of actuals

  • Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies

  • Escalate and communicate risks and issues to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations


Required Skills & Experience

Project Management Skills

  • Proven project management experience and hands-on use of project management tools

  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK®)

  • Experience developing and implementing project management plans, processes, and communication tools

  • Experience creating portfolio plans and tracking performance using earned value or similar techniques

  • Experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while supporting cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of structured enterprise project management frameworks


Communication & Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Experience preparing and distributing project status updates and progress reports

  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations related to scope, timelines, and delivery constraints

  • Experience communicating across multiple functional areas with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to manage team dynamics effectively


Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Ability to establish, manage, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to communicate effectively using both business and technical language

  • Experience assigning work packages and managing resources to ensure quality and timely delivery


Must Have

  • Hands-on project management experience with project management tools

  • Experience delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
