Sr. Network Engineer This position will be a hybrid role, attendance to our Vaughan office will be required at least once a month.
The opportunity
The Senior Network Analyst is a key technical resource responsible for supporting and maintaining the corporate network infrastructure. The Senior Network Analyst will leverage a deep understanding of networking technology and protocols to support and troubleshoot advanced infrastructure. This person will be a member of a nation-wide team of technical staff focused on building, supporting, and maintaining network and IT infrastructure.
What you will do:
Provide administration services for Palo Alto Networks infrastructure, including support and project work.
Manage Cisco routing and switching infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Administer F5 load balancers to maintain high availability and efficient traffic distribution.
Implement and manage Software-Defined Access (SDA) and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) solutions.
Configure and maintain Azure network services, including virtual networks, VPN gateways, and ExpressRoute connections.
Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.
Your qualifications:
6-7+ years of work experience in network consulting and administration services
Cisco SD-WAN system configuration and deployment of WAN edge routers using centralized controllers (vManage, vBond, vSmart), including secure overlay setup and device bring-up.
Template design and device onboarding with feature/device templates, standardizing interfaces.
Policy definition and traffic engineering (centralized and localized policies for app-aware routing, segmentation, ACLs, QoS), including BFD path monitoring and TLOC preferences.
Prisma Access integration: build Remote Network (RN) IPsec tunnels with BGP route exchange, steer Internet-bound traffic from SD-WAN to cloud-delivered security, and validate SLAs.
