Job Title: Receptionist

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to provide administrative support to the office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors while supporting daily office operations through a variety of administrative and front-desk duties.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and coordinating basic office needs
Perform standard receptionist and front-desk duties to support smooth office operations
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional front-desk presence
Basic administrative and computer skills
GED or equivalent
