Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Receptionist to provide administrative support to the office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors while supporting daily office operations through a variety of administrative and front-desk duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals

  • Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and coordinating basic office needs

  • Perform standard receptionist and front-desk duties to support smooth office operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional front-desk presence

  • Basic administrative and computer skills

Education

  • GED or equivalent
