Job Title: Project Manager / Leader


Work Arrangement

  • Onsite

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding lunch)

  • Monday to Friday


Role Summary

The Project Manager / Leader is responsible for providing program-level leadership to ensure an integrated approach to planning, development, execution, governance, and reporting across multiple project streams. The role focuses on managing interdependencies, delivering program governance, and ensuring alignment of all projects to overall program objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Program Manager, ensuring project activities and objectives align with overall program goals

  • Provide an integrated approach to planning, development, and execution across multiple project streams

  • Identify, manage, and track project interdependencies

  • Create and maintain a Program RAID log

  • Deliver comprehensive program governance and reporting

  • Develop and maintain standard Program Management artifacts (e.g., Program Charter, PCR)

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead stakeholder feedback sessions

  • Ensure consistent application of project and program management standards


Required Skills & Experience

Project Management Experience (30%)

  • 10+ years experience managing diverse, multi-disciplinary project teams

  • Proven experience managing projects with dependent and competing priorities

  • Demonstrated use of project management methodologies across the full project lifecycle

  • Experience developing:

    • Project and program charters

    • Integrated project/program plans

    • Financial tracking and reporting

    • Governance frameworks and models


Communication & Stakeholder Management (20%)

  • Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Experience documenting processes, decisions, and stakeholder intelligence


Transformation Experience (20%)

  • Proven track record leading data centre transformation initiatives

  • Experience planning and executing large-scale data centre transformations

  • Experience with OPS Enterprise Project Management requirements is an asset


Must Have

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

  • Full lifecycle experience using project management methodologies

  • Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation experience

  • Proven experience leading data centre transformation initiatives

  • Experience planning and executing large-scale data centre transformation projects
