Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a high-performing technology team supporting capital markets and trading platforms. This role will focus on building, enhancing, and supporting systems used across trading, asset class operations, and investment workflows.

The ideal candidate brings strong Java and/or Python development experience, a solid understanding of capital markets and asset classes, and hands-on exposure to trading environments. You will work closely with investment, quantitative, and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced, front-office–aligned setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and/or Python

• Support and enhance applications used within trading and capital markets functions

• Work across asset classes to support investment workflows, analytics, and trading processes

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed

• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and production support as needed

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards
