Job Description: - Work seamlessly with the Product Team and UX Development teams department to develop and maintain signature aesthetics, standards and brand integrity - Work with Project Team (business SMEs and Product Managers) to sketch and iterate on new and complex user experience interaction - Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs - Work with UX Developers on the team to monitor and ensure development of consistent user experience across all areas of the website - Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow - Create wireframes, prototypes, UI Designs and updates design system to communicate your design to the rest of the team in Figma - Communicate designs – Create meaningful UX deliverables such as interactive prototypes presentations that help the team understand what to build and why - Creates and executes User research features and incorporates user feedback into design iterations - Financial Services (Fintech or Banking) candidates are preferred - Candidates with previous experience working with ATB Financial are preferred Top Skills: Execution focused designer with user research skills: -1.
