
Job Description
Client is looking for a specialized Contract Project Manager to drive the end-to-end production of their primary annual corporate publications: the Annual Report (AR), the Sustainability Report (SR), and the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) certification submission. This is not a traditional project management role; rather, it sits at the intersection of creative agency traffic management and corporate affairs.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a diverse group of internal subject matter experts and executives to extract content and financial data, and then seamlessly coordinate graphic design, copywriting, and technical editing resources to transform those inputs into highly polished, publication-ready assets.
The ideal candidate brings a background in brand, communications, or corporate reporting. The candidate must coordinate with stakeholders on Mountain Time. The contract is for 12 months (June 2026 to June 2027) with possibility of extension. starting at 10-20 hours per week through summer and fall, then increasing to 30 hours per week over the winter and heading into April & May 2027.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stakeholder Content Coordination: Drive accountability across a diverse group of internal enterprise contributors to ensure raw content, financial data, and narrative inputs are delivered on time. Act as the central point of contact to keep content authors aligned with strict corporate reporting deadlines.
- Editorial & Creative Workflow Management: Manage the end-to-end production pipeline. Coordinate the workflow of contract graphic designers, copywriters, and technical editors to transform raw data into highly polished, publication-ready corporate assets.
- Complex Asset Traffic Control: Manage the version-control and proofing lifecycle for highly complex documents (including cross-referencing footnotes, financial tables, and brand standards) across multiple rounds of executive and legal reviews.
- Timeline & Dependency Tracking: Build and manage detailed production workback schedules that bridge the gap between creative execution (design, layout, print production) and regulatory compliance timelines.
- Vendor & Agency Liaison: Partner with external creative agencies and print production vendors to ensure deliverables meet strict quality standards, budgetary guidelines, and production specs.
