Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to lead the migration of data
from Salesforce Offer Catalogue to the Netcracker Product Information Management (PIM) and
Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
both Salesforce and Netcracker platforms, along with expertise in data mapping, transformation,
and migration processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a
seamless and accurate migration, enabling the organization to leverage enhanced product
management and pricing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the end-to-end migration of data from Salesforce Offer Catalogue to Netcracker
PIM and CPQ, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
● Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to
understand data requirements, mapping, and transformation rules.
● Develop and implement data migration strategies, plans, and scripts to facilitate the
transfer of product data, pricing information, and related metadata.
● Perform data validation and quality checks before, during, and after migration to ensure
successful transfer and alignment with business requirements.
● Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies encountered during the migration
process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
● Document the entire migration process, including data mapping, transformation logic,
and any custom scripts or tools used.
● Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on the use of Netcracker
PIM and CPQ post-migration.
● Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in data migration
and integration to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in data migration projects, with a focus on Salesforce and/or
Netcracker platforms.
● Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, including Offer Catalogue, and
experience with Salesforce data export tools.
● Proficiency in data migration tools and technologies, such as ETL tools (e.g., Talend,
Informatica), SQL, and scripting languages.
● Experience with Netcracker Product Information Management (PIM) and Configure Price
Quote (CPQ) systems.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and
consistency.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with strong
communication and collaboration skills.
● Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex data migration tasks within project
timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in the telecom industry and familiarity with telecom products and services.
● Certification in Salesforce, Netcracker, or relevant data migration tools.
● Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in data migration within Agile
projects.
