Our well known enterprise client is actively seeking to hire a Delivery Lead (contract) who will support the delivery of a domain within one of their lines of business.
This position is a technology delivery role that spans all phases of delivery from discovery to done/delivered. You would be responsible for execution of their agile scrum process, continual improvement within the team, planning and forecasting of the backlog of work and ensuring collaboration and enablement among their other agile teams.

You would be responsible for execution of their agile scrum process, continual improvement within the team, planning and forecasting of the backlog of work and ensuring collaboration and enablement among their other agile teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality and Delivery ensuring timely and effective dependency management in a large domain-driven, bounded context structure
- Leads & facilitates scrum ceremonies, and continually evolves and improves the agile team
- Proactively removes impediments for the team, and ensures sustainability in a fast moving environment
- Manages team financial forecasts, timeline forecasts, and actively communicates and manages issues and risks
- Deep experience in leading a team, and fostering collaboration within a team
- Superior interpersonal skills including ability to lead multi-functional teams in making trade-offs that balance business and technology needs
- Hands on experience in Agile methodologies
- Working experience with web and cloud technologies
- You are a proactive, and strategic problem solver with proven ability to drive actions and ownership
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile metrics, Clarity
