ServiceNow QA Testing Engineer(99311123)

  • Identify, define, analyze and document project needs
  • Understand clients’ needs and their business models in order to determine technical specifications.
  • Create user guides and training documentation
  • Provide Users Training in ServiceNow Platform
  • Act as 1st line of Support for Users related issue in ServiceNow
  • Provide users training across company offices in Toronto, Mississauga, Vancouver & Calgary.
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Administration.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong workflow writing skills
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to understand users’ needs and their impact on the IT environment. 
  • Problem-solver.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to travel to Vancouver & Calgary for users support & training.
