ServiceNow QA Testing Engineer(99311123)Mississauga, Ontario
- Identify, define, analyze and document project needs
- Understand clients’ needs and their business models in order to determine technical specifications.
- Create user guides and training documentation
- Provide Users Training in ServiceNow Platform
- Act as 1st line of Support for Users related issue in ServiceNow
- Provide users training across company offices in Toronto, Mississauga, Vancouver & Calgary.
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Administration.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong workflow writing skills
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to understand users’ needs and their impact on the IT environment.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to travel to Vancouver & Calgary for users support & training.
