Business Analyst (11268)

The Business Analyst will, in collaboration with a Senior Product Manager, be accountable for moving our product launches forward. The BA will support the Product Manager in a variety of tasks related to product design, functional testing, troubleshooting, and communications. The Business Analyst will be accountable and responsible for analysis and management of market and customer business requirements specific to new product launches and maintenance of our existing products. 

o Drive collaboration across multi-disciplined teams towards implementing on our product roadmap and our technical solutions 
o Work with other team members to interpret product requirements and produce epics to confirm requirements with the product manager 
o Collaborate with product and business teams to create and maintain User Stories to guide development and testing 
o Support programmers and other analysts 
o Collaborate with testing teams to create and coordinate test plans, conformance plans & test strategies 
o Work with internal and external client to understand technical business requirements 
o Elicit and understand the related workflows, how they affect our customers and how our ecosystem might need to be enhanced to support the workflows 
o Create and maintain technical requirements documentation, software requirements and functional specifications 
o Other technical projects may be assigned 
o Develop material for and host demos with different stakeholder groups 
o Support other product launch activities such as developing and documenting operational processes 
o Communicate clearly the product vision and priorities 
o Support identification of key success metrics, analyze the results of product changes, and communicate results and next steps to cross functional team members 
o Own and manage the product support backlog, balancing dependencies across multiple platforms. 
o Consult with internal and external customers in a highly complex technical environment

• Experience working in an Agile environment 
• Knowledge of the roles on an Agile team (our BAs act as the Product Owners) 

Nice to Have: 
• French proficiency is an asset 
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) applications 
• Experience in the Health sector 
• Strong knowledge of IT Privacy and Security concepts, PHI and proven ability to drive and support PIA and TRA projects for technical solutions 
• Experience on data and integration projects
