Front End Lead

The role

A software engineer with 4+ years of professional software development experience in web technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) who can lead the team in delivering responsive, accessibility compliant and scalable solutions for one of our Telco clients, mainly for it’s indirect channel digital transformation (Care agent applications).

You will

You will use your tech lead and good communication skills to interpret the business requirement. Furthermore, you will provide technical expertise to convert into technical solutions by collaborating with Tech Lead, Product Owner and BSA. The followings are high-level expectations while delivering solution in agile setup:
  • Participating in project planning and solution proposals
  • Implementing high-quality unit tests
  • Performing peer code review to meet program quality targets
  • Identifying and diagnosing deficiencies related to systems, coding and infrastructure, and recommending solutions for mitigation.

You are a talent with strong development skills in an agile environment and ready to concur the challenges faced while implementing disruptive technologies. You know what needs to be done, how to get it done, and you have the drive to do so in an SMB environment representing the company in front of their customers.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with web technologies
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamental
  • Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile
  • Extensive HTML/CSS/AJAX/JavaScript coding experience
  • CSS compiler knowledge (E.g., Sass, LESS)
  • Experience with Angular 8+
  • Hands on experience of Design Systems
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Nice to have, knowledge of Software Development Standards such as UDD, TDD & BDD, PWA, MVVM, headless CMS, REST, and SEO concepts
