Job Description (English)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using AEM, delivering high-quality and engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom components, templates, workflows, and multi-site management solutions including translation frameworks and integrations using AEM
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert design mockups into responsive web pages across devices and browsers
- Implement server-side logic and content repositories using Java, Apache Sling, CRX, JCR, and OSGi
- Customize and extend AEM functionalities using HTL/Sightly and client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery)
- Integrate AEM with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services
- Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks to improve page load times
- Apply security best practices to ensure data protection and compliance
- Collaborate with content authors to define content structures and publishing workflows
- Conduct testing to ensure applications meet functional and performance requirements
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for AEM applications
- Maintain technical documentation for projects, codebases, and configurations
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on AEM 6.5 development experience
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager)
- Proficiency in React JS and CSS for UI development
- Knowledge of integrations with MuleSoft and Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, Maven, CRX, JCR
- Understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows
- Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Dynamic Media, Guides, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Forms (preferred)
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements
- AEM Developer Certification (preferred)
