Job Description:
- The ultimate goal of the Change Management Specialist is to create and execute change strategies that drive business results. Whether it is a process, system, or product (or all of the above), we are only successful if clients or team members change their behaviors , mindsets, and/or capabilities to create new possibilities.
- You will drive behavior change by coordinating and aligning all executives, stakeholders, partners and experts to create a holistic change strategy for clients, as well as readiness strategies that prepare team members to support the successful adoption of the change.
- You will use data and insights to inform strategies you know clients will love and will drive value for the client. You are a passionate storyteller and understand how all of the pieces come together to create change.
