What you will do

  • Answer inbound calls in English and French, listen carefully and respond with accurate, approved product information.
  • Complete data entry and smaller administrative tasks while waiting for inbound calls.
  • Document interactions and follow-up actions accurately.
  • Handle sensitive or difficult conversations with empathy and effective de-escalation.
  • Refer escalations to the Team Lead or Manager. Agents do not provide clinical support or recommend products.
  • Work towards service goals while maintaining a patient-centred approach.

What you will bring

  • Full professional fluency in English and French, assessed through a live conversation.
  • Medical administration experience and call centre experience handling approximately 40 to 50 or more calls per day.
  • Clear communication, accurate data entry, organisation and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Confidence handling sensitive calls. For Veteran Team positions, broader healthcare administration experience with strong sensitive-call handling is acceptable; direct mental health experience is not essential.

Interview process

Typically one interview. A bilingual team lead may assess your French during the interview or in a short follow-up call. Please provide your CV, expected hourly pay and interview and start availability.
