Digital Analytics Analyst 

Overview 

In this role you will be a part of our Home Services and Support team and leverage digital analytics and customer insights to build great customer experiences and digital products. You will provide thought-leadership and have the ability to use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve or improve upon the business and customer experience problem and will work in a cross functional delivery team to help achieve our desired customer and business outcomes. 

What you’ll be responsible for: 
•Generating robust reports and dashboards to support analytic insights and the visualization of data 
•Leverage analytical tools (Adobe Analytics) to understand site behaviour on a daily basis (ie. click through rates, happy pathways, conversion analysis) and, subsequently, make tactical recommendations to improve content and experience effectiveness and drive increased conversions 
•Utilize A/B testing of the various assets to determine best results 
•Serve as analytics SME, ensuring quick resolution of any site issues; effectively communicating and coordinating major site changes 
•Work directly with our Home Services and Support sprint teams to supply detailed reports, suggested keywords for SEO, and advise on strategy supported by analytical data and research 


Required experience 

What you’ll need to be successful: 
•1 – 3 years of experience as a data analyst with prior working knowledge tracking websites in a media, advertising, digital or ecommerce related atmosphere 
•Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics and other web or mobile analytic toolsets 
•Ability to extract data and combine data from multiple sources and utilize the data to tell a story and make recommendations for the customer experience 
•Ability and desire to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make smart decisions and maintain momentum 
•Excellent time and project management skills, with the capacity to put forth detailed work and communicate project status effectively to all levels 
•Proven track record in meeting aggressive deadlines 
•Knowledge of basic SEO principles, having either conducted strategic keyword research, wrote optimized copy, edited title tags/meta descriptions, and/or produced site audits 
•Understanding and experience of agile, iterative, lean product lifecycles 
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to openly contribute ideas within a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
