Description: We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide executive support to the Directors of the Small Business marketing team. This individual will be energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented and proactive with exceptional organizational and communications skills. In addition to providing management assistance, will be required to organize team events/meetings and may be asked to assist with light marketing tasks. Candidates who are eager to gain marketing experience could benefit from leveraging this opportunity as a springboard for a future marketing role. 

• Proactively manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, organizing logistics and booking travel arrangements 
• Support leadership meetings by organizing materials, taking minutes, monitoring follow-up on action items 
• Anticipate the needs of the directors, ensuring they are in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons 
• File expense reports, manage approval of team expenses according to team and corporate policies 
• Organize team events including booking arrangements and organizing on-site activities 
• Perform light marketing tasks including proofreading, building or formatting presentations and assisting with marketing campaigns 
• Enhance a strong team culture with your positive attitude and natural tendency to help others meet goals and be successful 
• Apply good judgment especially as it relates to matters that may be sensitive or confidential 
• Seek to improve existing or create new processes and best practices

• Thrive on learning new things: processes, systems, concepts, ideas, topics, etc 
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools 
• Flexibility to be available outside of normal work hours to provide support on urgent matters or to meet tight deadlines
