Description: Create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of delivery or product work. Monitor and report progress to key stakeholders. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management.

Client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing the multiple PMO and Commercial Operations activities for a large, cross industry program. Everything needs to be closely tracked and analyzed and process improvements needs to be put in place.
This is a business operation, not technical, and tracking and analyzing performance matrix and financials against performance targets, is key.
Managers will have both onshore and offshore resources as Direct Reports.
Individual will also need to be comfortable dealing with senior leadership and directly with the client.
Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment; proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
PMO Experience, with a focus on process and control, with finance skills as a significant plus Desire to work in a finance environment is a significant plus Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skils.
