Responsibilities 
1. Design, document, and oversee the implementation of Cisco Voice applications in a customer environment (Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connections, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence, Cisco Contact Centre Express, Cisco Unified Attendant Console, Cisco 4300 ISR, Cisco VG310, 2900 ISR) 
2. Provides technical analysis and recommendations to pre-sales engineering, and/or vendors to ensure smooth delivery & implementation of enhancements and/or fixes to our platform applications and associated services. 
3. Lead clients in resolution of issues as a result of issues with implementation. 
4. May manage the Vendor trouble cases on behalf of client and hold regular operational meetings with vendors and clients. 
5. Adherence to change management processes. 
6. Develop and maintain documentation and information, e.g. voice/call flow diagrams, typologies, contact information, etc. 
7. Experience in Microsoft Visio is required. 
8. Experience in Cisco networking (Catalyst 3000 series, Nexus, Meraki) is an asset, however, not required for this role

Nice to have skills: 1. Cisco HCS
