Job Description:
•             Assist Senior Designers in coordinate medium and large scale projects/initiatives towards improvement of platform or customer experience issues.
•             Participate in internal initiatives towards process improvement
•             Support root cause analysis reviews for outages
•             Provide ad hoc and recurring data support to internal Service Quality Assurance and external, cross-functional teams
•             Work cross functionally with others to understand existing and new potential data flows, and for transitioning value-added proof-of-concept prototypes to a scaled and supported solution via our operational network support and design teams
•             Working level knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking principles
•             Experience and/or knowledge of data analytics and reporting software
•             Experience in telecommunications networks
•             Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills
•             Team player able to work independently or within a team
•             Ability to organize time among multiple tasks, issues and priorities
•             Ability to advise on technical problems and review work for technical accuracy and adequacy
•             Excellent skills using Microsoft Office tools such as MS Access, Excel and MS PowerPoint
•             Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to both technical and non-technical personnel at multiple layers of management
