The role will include the candidate to: 
• Analyze, document and create & in-take business requirements / front-door requirements seeking Content team resources engagement 
• Plan and facilitate meetings and working sessions 
• Document process flows for current/proposed processes to enable effective planning and understanding of resource impacts and timelines/deliverables 
• Develop reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor team project contribution 
• Supported by the Sr. Product Mgr – undertake creation and maintenance of project documentation packages for delivery to stakeholders. These may include: 
• User stories 
• Business requirements/functional requirements 
• Release Documentation 
• Internal Communications 
• Project & timeline plans 

Additional responsibilities: 
• Facilitate requirements gathering & walkthroughs with internal/external stakeholders 
• Produce timely and high-quality requirements and support development of business justification cases as needed 
• Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of related business areas; develop understanding of key systems, applications and technical platforms 
• Work to understand gaps in process, systems, and determine where changes to processes or systems are needed 
• Support advocacy of Content PMO in-take/front-door and governance process to outside team members 
• Assist with tools and process enhancement to improve team collaboration & best practices documentation 

• Ability to balance strategy, business, technology and creativity to become an integral part of the Content PMO team 
• Expertise in planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements 
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints in a fast paced, often pressured environment 
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude and ability to drive results 
• Critical thinking, good judgment, ability to recognize communication needs and opportunities 
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills 
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship, facilitation, and communication skills

• Business Analyst or related background & skills – 3-5 yrs. 
• Post-secondary education / degree preferred in media, project management or related field 
• Waterfall and Agile / Lean experience an asset 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/G Suite Sheets 
• Strong understanding and experience Content Management / Project Management / Digital Media Management is an asset 
• Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and relationship building skills 
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience, including leading multiple, complex and/or concurrent initiatives 
• Adaptable to new situations and able to prioritize work as required 
• Demonstrated passion for growth, learning and continuous improvement
