The Clients Solutions Program team supports the development and ongoing operational aspects of enabling Customer Solutions Delivery and National Business solutions delivery Managers and technician's capabilities in offering residential and business client's service solutions that best fit their needs and process the customer order with support of appropriate sales channels. 

The role has primarily responsibility for the ongoing management of key data, information, platforms, and/or the reporting required facilitating informed management decision making enabling the growth and development of revenue opportunities. 

• Ensure key data, platform, or analytics are configured, operated, and completed to support internal processes that address ongoing client requirements. 
• Participate in and lead, as appropriate, team project efforts which require activity within the data, platform or analytics/reporting environment. 
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their performance management and business analysis needs are understood and supported 
• Drive increased productivity and quality by performing analysis to identify opportunities and risks based on assessment of performance and make recommendations thereon. 
• Maintain a strong understanding of client applications, product and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and client end-to-end processes. 
• Leads with the transformation and implementation of change on an end-to-end basis for CSD client Solutions program collaboration tools. (Google Site development and ongoing maintenance, communications tools and libraries ) 
• Takes ownership for CSD client Solutions program database architecture, maintenance and reporting development, preparation and distribution. 
• Measure and analyze the key performance indicators and operational metrics of various CSD organizations and processes to deliver insight into CSD’s strategic, operational, and financial performance

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, IT or equivalent experience 

Required Experience: 

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, and/or management consulting 
• Stakeholder management experience 
• Experience developing and implementing business improvement solutions 
• Intermediate experience with SQL / Oracle databases, SSRS, Tableau 
• Intermediate experience with Classic ASP would be an asset 
• Advance skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Access
