JOB PURPOSE
•       Client has developed a multi-year Next Generation Optimization approach that uses a multi-lever, process + technology method to re-imagine I&TS Global Client Operations
•       This role will work within the NGO PMO team, reporting to the NGO Program Director and will assume ownership and accountability for all governance tracking and coordination within the NGO Program, ensuring central oversight and full transparency across the Program.  Support the PMO team to capture and prepare crucial project and Program information (Status, Project Monitoring and Financials) for the NGO Program.  Attend key meetings on behalf of the PMO Lead where appropriate.
•       All responsibilities carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, company's Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy principles.

•       Contributes to and supports the NGO Program staff
•       Effectively utilizes network and experience to deal with ambiguity which is a large component of this position


CAPABILITIES & SKILLS

Required
•       Solid understanding of one or more specific project lifestyle methodologies, project delivery processes, standards, tools and governance best practice.
•       Strong knowledge in project financials and reporting processes.
•       Highly proficient with MS Office – particular focus on MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
•       Experience in the Banking industry - awareness of the role played by a highly functioning PMO group within Technology.
